1. Service Description

DailyTaskProAI is an AI-powered decision engine that connects to your email (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP) and calendar to score, rank, and help you execute tasks. It is not a task manager — it is a prioritization and execution tool.

2. Account & Access

You must be 18+ to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person unless on a Business or Enterprise team plan.

3. Credits & Billing

All prices are in USD
Credits are deducted before each AI action
If an AI action fails, credits are automatically refunded
Free plan: 5 credits/month. Paid plans: as listed on our pricing page
No refunds for unused credits at the end of a billing cycle
Cancel anytime — access continues until billing period ends

4. Email Access & Privacy

By connecting your email, you grant DailyTaskProAI permission to read email content for scoring and drafting purposes. We process in real-time and do not store email content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Auto-Send Safety

Revenue-risk emails (invoices, payment requests, deal-critical communications) are NEVER auto-sent. This is a hard safety rule with no override.

You may enable auto-send for low-risk emails in your settings. You remain responsible for all emails sent from your account.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI draft replies are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending. DailyTaskProAI is not liable for the content of AI-generated drafts.

7. Data Ownership

Your data is yours. You can export all data as JSON at any time. Deleting your account removes all data within 30 days. We do not claim ownership of your email content or task data.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance via email.

9. Limitation of Liability

DailyTaskProAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed deadlines, lost revenue, or incorrect AI scoring. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance.
