Most email tools help you read faster. We built something that decides for you. The AI Decision Engine reads each message, understands what is at stake, and tells you what to do first. Here is what it does:

The score is not a black box. Every email is rated on four signals: urgency, revenue risk, deadline, and who the sender is to your business. Rule-based scoring runs free on every sync, so you get a baseline ranking at no cost, and a deeper AI rescore is there when a thread deserves a closer read. You connect Gmail or Outlook once through OAuth, we never see your password, and full email bodies are not stored, only the snippets your tasks need.

To be fair to the field, SaneBox is genuinely good at quietly filtering noise, and Superhuman is the fastest email client most people will ever use. They solve speed and tidiness. We solve judgment. The key difference is what we refuse to automate.

Who built this
DailyTaskProAI was built by Rohit Vyavahare in Mumbai, India, under Navya Gourmet Private Limited. Work started in late 2024 and the product was built solo over roughly 10 months.
The stack is deliberately boring and reliable: Node.js, Next.js, MySQL, and OpenAI GPT-4o Mini. Boring infrastructure is what lets a small team ship something this ambitious without it falling over.
There is no big team behind this and no outside money steering it. That is the point. Every decision in the product came from one person trying to fix a problem they actually had, which is why it does one thing well instead of ten things poorly.
